Catering, Events, Speciality Cakes and Menus


The Food and Beverage Institute does not only specialize in training
internationally qualified chefs, but also cater for the more sophisticated clientele who enjoy cuisine that is tastefully prepared and well presented.
FBI students gain valuable experience by assisting the lecturers and student assistants with speciality functions, weddings, cocktail parties and formal dinners.  Guests can relax and be sure of the highest quality food, beverages and service.

Wedding Cakes


As part of our Advanced Diploma in Patisserie and Advanced Diplomas in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts, our students are required to produce wedding cakes on demand.  Kindly browse through the gallery to view some of the spectacular wedding cakes prepared by our students. It is important to ensure that our students are exposed to the finer aspects of not only the planning and preparation of food, but also the service of such. We cater for almost any event and do not hesitate to travel.
